The period for exchanges and returns is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Except for underwear, bags and accessories, which for hygiene reasons are not accepted for any type of return. If you send us any item of clothing with the characteristics described above, they will be returned at your expense. Once the order has been received, the period for any claim regarding the condition of the product is 2 calendar days. In the case of a return claim, the item must be in the same condition as it was sent: original packaging, labels intact, not used and not washed. No refund will be made if these conditions are not met. Before making the return, please contact us at info@hogaresconencanto.com to arrange a collection or, failing that, provide the postal address where it should be sent. We will not accept any return that has not been notified and authorized. Likewise, we will not be responsible for any possible damage to the items during transport or for their loss during the return. Along with the items to be returned, it is important to include the purchase invoice that we sent you with your order. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS WILL ALWAYS BE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. It is advisable to pack the product as best as possible to ensure that it is not damaged during transport and with the same dimensions, since if it exceeds this limit, a new shipment will be generated and will have to be assumed by the customer. When an order of more than €100 and free shipping has been placed, and the order is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total, since it is a shipping cost generated by a sale that was not made. If the entire order is not returned, only some items, being less than €100, shipping costs will be charged. The refund will be made in the same way as the order was paid, within a period of 1 to 15 business days after checking the condition of the items. These must be as indicated above, in the same delivery conditions, original packaging, with their corresponding labels, unused and unwashed. Exchanges of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. The amount of your order will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
