Where can I receive my order? You can receive it at the address you choose: home, work, etc., never in a PO box. How long will it take for my order to arrive? For shipments to mainland Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is a maximum of 5 business days (estimated time) from when it leaves our facilities. Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands take 4 to 9 business days (estimated time). For the rest of the countries in the European Union 15 business days (Estimated time, it may take more or less depending on the country). Depending on the time of year such as sales or Christmas, with a higher number of shipments, there may be delays. How much are the shipping costs? Shipping rate to mainland Spain: €6 Balearic Islands: €10 Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: consult. We only ship to some countries in the European Union. International delivery times can take between 15 and 20 days. For any other destination, please contact us for rates. You also have the free option of picking up your order in person. Before placing your order, please contact us to arrange delivery. The order must be paid for before collection. Shipping costs will be free for orders over €100 (mainland Spain only) What is the delivery process? The order will be delivered to the address you specified during the purchase process on the website. The carrier indicated will send you a text message indicating a delivery date, a link where you can modify it and a tracking number. Once the package is to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to locate you by phone. If this is not successful, a second delivery will be attempted. If delivery cannot be made during this second attempt, the package will be left at the agency until a new delivery date is agreed. If 15 days have passed since your order is available for delivery and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a result of the reshipment of the package, the customer must pay the shipping costs again so that we can send the package to their address again.
